I will ship ANYWHERE in the U.S. or CANADA for the fixed rates quoted in this listing. Due to the weight of this pattern set, U.S. auction winners send $2.50 via PayPal for postage.

Canadian auction winners send $4.25 USD via PayPal for International First Class Parcel shipment.

LISTIA rules prohibit me from requiring you to use the "Personal" option. BUT there's no rule stopping a Buyer from using the "Personal" option. I am not doing this as a business, so please give me a break, alright? TIA!

This is a nice auction. I thought you might want to know that it is in Listia's rules for bidders NOT to use the personal option in PayPal: "Avoid using cash, checks, or money orders when paying for shipping. PayPal is the safest way to pay for shipping, (but do not use the 'Gift Option' - you can contact PayPal to recover shipping money in case there is a problem, but not if you choose the 'gift' or 'personal payment' option)."

I use delivery confirmation on all packages, buying and printing the labels on the PayPal site. If something goes awry, I will reimburse any auction winner. I am a LONG time VERIFIED seller on PayPal due to my long-time selling on eBay. I do not short anyone in any way. My LISTIA auctions are NOT FOR PROFIT, but to give stuff away for credits - ONLY. The amount asked for shipping is what I pay for postage and may or may not include the cost of whatever is necessary to properly ship auction items. If the PERSONAL auction is not used, then I am charged a percentage by PayPal for the money transfer . . . i.e., I get shorted in the transaction. THAT is why I ASK bidders to use the Personal option, but do not require it. So - make up your mind and screw me or screw me not,

I see what you wrote, and you are correct that it is not AGAINST the rules for bidders to use the personal option, but it is not recommended by Listia.
