Any type pad can be used with this, as long as it's not to large to not fit inside.

And while it is new and never used, it arrived to me with a minor flaw in the zipper which causes it to close roughly about 2/3 of the way over to the right.

Could also be used as a small pouch for holding other items of your choice.
