"Pre-opened packs" shouldn't be represented in headlines as packs at all. I realize that you explain things in your description, but I feel style seems a lot like an attempt to mislead Listians who don't read carefully (which is a heck of a lot of people, actually). Take or leave the advice, but considering your low ratings and negative feedback from buyers, I think you'd do well to make some adjustments.
