Pre-owned Forever 21 dress is in excellent used condition. Bold, dynamic pattern with black banded empire waist and thin halter ties. Unlined. There is no tag specifying the size or materials, but my guess is a juniors' small or medium(see below measurements for an idea), and it feels like polyester.
