This is a Peak Performace add on DVD screen. if you have a portable DVD player or even an in dash DVD player, you can hook this up to it and have a second screen to watch the DVD on. Will work on almost all portable DVD players.

I do not have portable DVD player anymore to hook it up to, so am unable to do that. I assure you it works perfectly...I would have just sold it on craigslist but just found listia the other day so am tryin it out on here.

You will need a cable that has the small jack that goes into like an ipod or smartphone on one end and has the red, yellow and white RCA's on the other.

mini USB or RCA , then this could be used for a back seat screen in a Van

It is not USB.....The output from this unit has to be a small headphone jack like one that would plug into your phone, the other end of that would depend on if you are plugging it into a car DVD deck or another portable DVD player.
