Well, I sent asked Listia and I'm waiting for them to reply. There are laws with these though. Usually, only professional pierces can use them, even though people can buy them. But, the danger is: if someone, who has no clue on how to use them, they can go through theirs or someone else's blood vessel, and then that person could end up in the hospital. These are legitimate concerns. I just don want anyone bleeding out because they didn't know how to use and pierce. I hope you have the same concerns.

Yes, I understand that, but they could be thinking 'finally I can pierce my *whatever * now by myself!!". And the 2 MOST dangerous places to pierce on your own, is the nose and tongue. They have VERY big and VERY important blood vessels there, and they will NOT stop bleeding if you puncture them, unless they are sown together. It's very dangerous. Once I get the reply back from Listia, I will tell you what they said.

They do not specifically say if it is or not. I did read then before I commented. I will just let you know what Listia replies to me, and if they say it's okay or not. I just don't want people to really hurt thenselves, or for you to get in trouble. Do you understand why I'm concerned? And please don't block me. You're the first person I've seen, auctioning these, (I've now seen a few others), and just don't want you getting into trouble, or others seriously hurting themselves. If Listia says its okay, then it's okay to then, if not, then it's not. I'll just let you know. My next comment will be their response.

If someone wins these off of you and hurts themselves because they shouldn't be playing with these, they will be able to come after you. I would be very carful with this. Maybe rethink listing them.

Yes. I can post them after my auctions end, so I can make sure I have enough money to pay for shipping. If you want to pierce something that you want a 14G you should actually use a 13G needle because you can feed the barbell right through. The threads in 14G barbells fit perfectly in the end of the 13G needle. That is why I got them.
