Something else that was originally headed for "the bay". Gotta tell ya, Listia is just more fun.

I'm doing more kitchen cleaning 'cause it just doesn't all fit anymore. This is a KitchenAid brand loaf pan made from silicon. It's been washed and run through the dishwasher.

I used it once. It's kind of closer to a double loaf pan. The inside cooking surface is 9 inches by 5 inches by 2.5 inches deep.

If you haven't tried silicon yet, it is AWESOME. No need to use papers or grease. The baked goods pop right out, and they're oven and dishwasher safe. Much easier than trying to pry your baked goods out of the pan.
