Yeah had this one on for a full circuit and it got nowhere. I'm trying my luck with Free shipping this time. It'll put me out a couple bucks, but whatever.. I'd rather ship them out then throw em out, right?

That's not a glitch. That means someone put up a really high bid already. If you want to outbid them, you have to keep bidding.
Say I were to put a starting bid of 1000, but I'm also the 1st to bid. Listia will put the starting bid at 1, until someone tries to outbid me. So when that someone puts up a bid of 700, I will still be the high bidder with 701 since I already bid 1000. They will not be able to outbid me until someone bids over 1000 in this case. Hope this example helps.
