I'm offering two issues of the wonderful Cook's Illustrated magazine in new condition: March/April 2012 and May/June 2012. I somehow ended up with duplicates of these, so decided to share with a fellow Listian! You MUST try this magazine if you haven't -- each issue is like a mini-cooking encyclopedia. The editors carefully research the best way to make each recipe and explain WHY their method works best. There are also tasting and equipment reviews included in each issue. And NO ads ever!!
