you got a answer from them. when i tried they ignored it.. i guess they need to reprint there gift cards since in the small print on that back it said for use at store and online

Gift cards can be purchased in stores and online, and redeemed in any one of our store locations.
The KEY word is Redeemed at store.

this is the wording on the back of card this card is redeemable for only merchandise in dollar tree stores located in the us as well as online at dollartree.com

Yes Jimmy you can buy gift cards on line and at the store. But many of them you can also pay for stuff by using them on line. But, not with this one, I just wrote them and asked them.They said not on line.
