Wheatgrass is full of nutrients for us and animals, easy, and fast growing. I planted the seeds in the pictures in soil in plastic trays and pots in the kitchen window. Needs at least 1 inch of soil. Seeds sprout in about a week. Perfect for the impatient gardener!

Plant seeds close together in any recycled container, or in the garden and cover with 1/4 inch of soil. Water when dry (almost every day). We use clean plastic trays or deli containers and poke holes in the bottom.

It works well to plant a second layer a few days later for a second crop. When it starts to come up, you can see the spots you missed.

I sprouted the next batch without soil. Easy detailed instructions will be included.

Cats, Dogs, and other pets love to chew on it. Indoor pets need the nutrients. We juice it with fruit and raw veggies. Very tasty & sweet!
