The listing, Radio Shack Battery Charger - Untested, 2 Sim Card Readers has ended.

Radio Shack Battery Charger Ni-Cd/Ni-MH 23-427. Designed to recharge Nickel Cadmium (NiCd) and Nickel Metal Hydride (NiMH) AA Batteries. It has two charging indicators - one for each battery
type, and turns off when charging is complete. It also features a Reverse Polarity Protection that protects the charger and batteries against damage from incorrectly installed batteries.

This unit was recently retrieved from storage and worked prior to then. It has not been tested as I have no rechargeable batteries on hand (if I did, I would keep it). Therefore, it’s being sold as is.

Also included are two SIM card readers. SIM card not included.
