although i love listia and the concept of the site as im sure we all know most of us arent rich, actually most of us are doing good jsut to get by. because of this i am no longer providing tracking numbers with my mailings.
most of the things i have sent since my time with listia cost me more to make it able to get a tracking number than it does to ship it.
i take pride in the fact that i am a trusted seller and have a 100% feedback rating so PLEASE if you have an issue give US time to resolve it.
when you go to the post office to send off packages you get a receipt with the zip codes in which you have sent packages to. I KEEP ALL MY RECEIPTS!! if for some reason i messed up and i dont have a receipt with your zip code on it then together we can figure out whatever it is we need to to make a win win situation for the both of us. :)
