This is a Black Depression Glass Elephant Rocker-Type Blotter/Houze Glass

2 1/4 inches Tall 3 1/2 inches Long 1 3/4 inch Wide

Made by the L.J.Houze Convex Glass Co. Begining in 1931

Yes it is in good shapeThe bottom shows the stone where the padding came off

Has no chips. The botton underneath is scraped off where you can see the stone
Does not have the clips that ink blotters would have.

If you want it for its original use this does not have the clips or the bottom part where the blotter is. Can order parts in link above if that is what you want it for other wise it makes a great figurine
