I would not recommend putting any hot tool on wet hair it damages it to much so i quess the answer to ur ? is yeah if you dont mind damaged fryed hair

Does this have a curve at the sides of the plates?....Like can it be curled a little as you straighten the hair or will it leave that line on your hair.. I can't really tell from the pictures...

Yes u can curl with this iron I curled my clients hair with this iron when I first got it
