looks like a plated eyebrow ring or nose ring ....you can buy this at Karma...or the mall...cant be vintage..has to be at least 20yrs old to be vintage...sure not an antique...

Looks like a gold electroplated 1" 14ga horseshoe barbell.

Definitely not "vintage" (unless you consider body piercing jewelry from (possibly) the 90's vintage)
