Great auction i am seeing some people on listia listing gift cards for about 700 points per dollar wondering are they able to afford to do that. Their is really no profit involved if they want to buy other gift cards with it. I am also noticing nothing is really so these new changes are bad for sellers who try to make a profit.

Ryan, if someone needs Amazon credit, anything above 666 points per dollar is profit. I'm or was loaded down with Amazon credit, so I wanted dollars back. To do that, I buy Best Buy gift cards on Amazon and then sell them at www.cardcash.com/sell-gift-cards, for $0.88 on the dollar. So the break even point for cash I believe is 756 points to a dollar. Charging 1000 points then leaves me room to make deals with most people who request them or if I have reason to do a sale.

true profit for me to make it worth it is around 815 points per dollar which is a 25% markup and seeing people offering lower that than just blows my mind.

For converting to cash through cardcash.com, that is only a 7% markup. Which is not bad
