Pasties, nipple covers, whatever you want to call them. These heart-shaped objects are fully backed with adhesive. Black felt with plastic foil detail, 3 pairs single-use (maybe a second time if you peel off carefully and put on waxed paper?) As you can see from the second image, they are highly reflective, but not exactly mirror-like.

These are new in package. Don't ask for a "How does it look on?" picture, because that is very obviously against the rules.

I've seen worse things go on here for weeks, with plenty of time for the self-righteous to flag, so leave me alone! I listed this in the Women's section, not general clothing, or the girl's section.
