Oh it's up to 1 years the seat belt straps are adjustable so I'll say 13 months

No, no. Lol. Car seats have expiration dates. Over the years the plastic wears down and will not hold up properly in the event of a crash. Check for the sticker on it with the manufactured date. It will expire 6 years after that date.

the base came with the car seat but it's cherries and I'm not sure what brand it is but I bought it from target last year my daughter just out grew it a couple months ago

Im sorry im abit confused. First you said the expiration date is 2/14/17 then you said its 2/14/17.. Which is it? Btw do you remember what age your daughter outgrew it? Just wondering cause my baby is 9 months and if I get this I wanna make sure she fits! lol
