This auction is for a 1st gen ipod. it is 4 gb, and is black. you will get the ipod pictured. it has a black mark on the lcd but im not sure what is is. it also has an extremely low battery, so if you turn off the screen backlight, and not turn it on, it will last for like 2 1/2 hours but with the light constantly on, only about 45 min. to an hour. Also it comes with very good apple earbuds. . I dont do paypal, but you need to send the shipping money in the mail (hopefully a chashiers check) i will send it as soon as i get the money I know i dont have badges but i am very trustworthy and you will recieve this product, NOT A SCAM lol, please bid high, and have fun
