well when i check it out under flat rate for a padded envelope, that is the price they gave me for your address. I am kinda new to the shipping and so I am still learning the ropes. I have a site that I was able to order the free one time kit. I will check into that for more information. Every time I search online, it keeps sending me to USPS site. I will check it in again. Yes I do take PayPal so that won't be a problem.

why so high for shipping? only cost $2 to ship a book media mail. do you take paypal for shipping cost?

oh ok. well to save you on shipping cost when you go to the post office always tell them to ship it the cheapest way. mostly first class and media mail is the cheapest way to ship. i have been doing this for awhile so i know the cheapest way. lol otherwise i would be paying a fortune in shipping and then i wouldn't be on here. lmao
I really want this book. i have most of his books and videos. so i am still bidding on it. thanks for answering my questions.
