1. Listia does NOT require me to go out and buy brand new items to replace an item you are not happy with.
2. If I have a sales receipt showing what an item is and you claim the item you got is not what I'm looking at then please do not get offended if I ask for proof.
3. I do not refund credits for buyer's remorse UNLESS the item in question is mailed back to me at the buyer's expense.
4. In all auctions I have completed as seller I have only been asked to refund 2 items. Buyer's remorse on both accounts.
