This is for a little girl. It stretches across the handle of an infant carseat/carrier. It lights up on the cheeks and plays music when the middle flower shaped ring is pulled. Great condition and the velcro is also still good. Smoke free and pet friendly home. Thanks for looking and happy bidding.

There are no tears and isnt dirty. If there is any stains you can just wipe them off. You use the velcro straps and attach it to the handle of the carseat/carrier type carseat
