Are inserts included?
Jul 15th, 2010 at 1:12:14 PM PDT by

Inserts are not needed for these diapers, the absorbency layers are built into the inside of the diaper, these are 2 steps~put the fitted one, put a waterproof PUL or wool cover over it. Thanks!

So can you explain a little on how cloth works? I mean once they go they go. lol You must have so many to use each day and must do laundry every night? I have a 5 month old she is my first so this is all new

Sure, not a problem. There are several types of cloth diapers, some are one step and some are 2 step, all are easy to use. These are 2 step in that you put the diaper on and then a waterproof cover over them to prevent leaking. How many you need depends on how much you want to CD in a day, just at home, just during daytime hours, all day, etc. Usually for daytime you need about 10-12 diapers. One thing to remember about Cloth that most people don't is that they don't mask wetness like disposables, you are more aware of the diaper being wet and it will leak faster than disposables. Babies generally pee 2-3 times in a disposable before you even know it is wet. That isn't the case with cloth. Really you change cloth as often as you are supposed to change disposables. As for Laundry at least every other day, if you let it sit longer than about 36-48 hours it's not pretty =) If you have anymore questions let me know. I've been making/selling cloth diapers for over 4 years so I am well equipped to answer questions, Thanks!
