it means that someone has designated a certain number of credits. For example they might have designated 520 credits, everytime someone bids below that they the current bidder goes up. This helps so you don't have to stand by your computer. I have no idea what they put as their limit of credits. Thank you for bidding and looking! You can check Listia for a better explanation.
