Normally you use half the pack right after rinsing hair color out and the other half 2 weeks later to keep your colored hair healthy. It is also very good for damaged hair or hair exposed to heat and hairspray often. For a conditioning treatment, apply to wet hair and let sit for 5-10 minutes and rinse.
