I think you can too. The only problem is that the case is recessed for the four coins and if a fifth coin is put in the center it would be a little higher up from the other coins. Thanks for looking and have a wonderful Labor Day--end of summer holiday! Ron.

A fifth coin will work but it will be up higher than the rest because the other four are recessed and the case isn't recessed for five coins, but it can be done. Hope this helps., Thanks for looking, Ron.
