1. If it can be resized, why didn't you resize it for yourself?
2. You can ship this with delivery conformation for exactly $3.50. I know because I have shipped 2000 pieces of jewelry.
3. You need to get verified if you want more bids. It only takes a few minutes and is very easy to do. Listia even advises people not to bid on auctions where the person hasn't been verified.
4. And, just to be clear, it is a size 6 sterling silver band with 14k gold leaves on it, and the stone is cubic zirconia, right?
