I sorta know how you feel. Years back I was part of search and rescue, In the south east. Also had a Minestry construction company searving the people that couldn't do their own repairs or afford to hire someone.
8 Years ago developed lung and heart issues. Now I'm lucky if I can tie my own shoes without my heart racing and out of breath... So all will be fine as tomorrow starts another day.
