what i got for you is definitely one of my biggest auctions yet and its aimed towards my fellow gamers!

alright everybody it's about to get grizzy grizzy grizzy! what i got for you today is an adult owned xbox 360 slim 4gb model! i bought this xbox probably a week after it was released and has served my gaming needs well. the xbox runs as if it were right out of the box, reads games and dvds perfectly! it does included 1 black controller as seen in pictures however no battery pack or cover as i am keeping my rechargeable packs for my other xbox 360, and unfortunately i do not have the original battery holders that came with controller, so you might have to find one yourselves :( controller is perfect, its a black elite version controller meaning its black and grey not all black on black, but still looks and works nice.

okay this xbox runs perfect as to running and playing games, but i will have to auction it of ***as is***, let the crying begin... thought this xbox is in excellent condition there is only one downfall it has, and that is that it is console banned, meaning it will not connect to xbox live at all, i don't know why microsoft decided to ban my xbox thought i have not done anything illegal, either way i had a ton of fun just playing story modes of games. so if you want to play on xbox live you might as well click back and go look for another auction. and many might ask if you can still use other apps like youtube or netflix on it? the answer is no, you can't use anything that uses xbox live on this xbox. you can just game, watch dvds, or stream movies from your computer using windows media center.

I did... 5 times, once a console is banned there's no way of unbanning even if they wanted to, since it requires xbox live connection which a banned console cannot receive. Good luck suing them lol..

Actually it can :) otherwise they wouldn't be on there, and remember some are on Disc/cd format while some are installed on the 60GB hard drive

Microsoft only bans consoles that get caught doing stuff they are no supposed to do.... which means they have proof that this console has indeed modded or hacked an online game server/lobby/match...... if you are indeed being truthful and you have not hacked or modded then what has happened is this.... the console has been hacked by another user and shut your LIVE playing ability down because you probably owned them in an online match or something like that lol... or perhaps you cursed out a lot of people during online play and got reported alot and microsoft banned you then... but the ban only lasts for so long unless you indeed got caught hacking or modding which in turn lasts 1-2 years before it gains LIVE ability again. New owners can call Microsoft and present proof to them that they are indeed new owners such as the listia page that shows you won and received this item from the banned user.

Thanks for the info! :) and Well I am pretty good at COD and make a lot of people mad, but I don't even have a mic to curse at them nor do I message them. I never modded or opened up the xbox( except hard drive bay to insert hard drive) so it has never been modded. All games were downloaded under my gamertag. But like I said in one of the comments microsoft support really don't tell you the reason why it was banned they just give you a list of many different reasons it could've happened. Either way its still a good console, it's a waste throwing it out so maybe a lucky listian wouldn't mind playing story mode, plus A ton of games are included:)

And don't believe that "I'll hack your xbox" stuff those little kids say, my brother actually does work for Microsoft Security branch around the Xbox Support Dept. and hacking into another xbox is pretty much impossible, with the amount of Security microsoft has on its live servers. Yes modding 1 xbox can allow access to another one, but it does not have enough clearance to shut down live on another xbox
So just keep pwning :) The best those little kids can do is report you multiple times to get you a 2-3 day suspension but you'll be back, you always go back :)

Cheats are alright, I mean they're part of the game, unless you modded a game or your xbox, then they could console ban your xbox just like mine, where you don't get xbox live access at all. But getting back to cheating, I mean you enter a code and the game allows it, its not bad enough to get you banned though. Modding or accessing other peoples accounts could get you banned.

Well yeah, like I said before I tend to ship on Fridays-Saturdays since I get paid on Thursdays. And shipping time depends on location, and I only go with lowest cost and method of shipping. Probably going to use UPS on this one, of course tracking is provided. I am not doing any overnight, 2-Day, etc, unless winner pays. Other than that it'll be standard ground from UPS.

Well just for shipping, if you don't want to pay shipping you are allowed to make the winner pay shipping as long as it's reasonable price. Yeah some of the surveys work and some don't I did the trial offers like netflix or stamps.com to get credits fast.

Well if the winner is going to send concealed cash through the mail, typically it is the exact amount that will cover shipping. Yes I know that you need money on paypal, thats why you have to connect a card or bank account to it, plus the winners can also send you money through paypal to cover shipping.

I have to point out that while 125,000 credits is a decent GIN price for a new Xbox 360, a banned used one should be offered at a much lower price. It just isn't worth as much. That said, I mostly play offline. lol
