This is a beautiful multicolored halter style dress size 1X...there is ruching across the bust area and it falls just above the knees for me and I am 5'4...the tag says the following:
Brand: takoni
95% polyester
5% spandex

No flaws that I can see

I'm very chesty myself and it fit good but where the ruching is across the bust, that's adjustable from the straps to make it tighter or looser depending on how chesty u r....hope that helps and goodluck B-)
