These are another new b-day present, but no tags. My little girl was so excited she tore the tags off immediately and tried them on. unfortunately they didn't fit. (we did get her a new pair that fit). The heel lights up as you walk. Super cute! Perfect for playing dress up or completing a Halloween costume.
