Yes, it can be used at any Wal-Mart or Sams Club or any format of Wal-Mart Stores, Inc. I will try to type exactly what it states on the back. It states to present card to cashier at time of purchase and the available balance will be applied toward your purchase. To purchase online at walmart.com or samsclub.com .....I tried to get the fine writing in a picture but I can not get a good enough picture so it can be read. I hope this helps :)

Sam's Club is owned by Walmart. Named for the founder Sam Walton. I used to live near one and shopped there sometimes. You need a membership to shop at Sam's though.
