Can you tell me if this is stamped 14k and if there are any other markings? Also what are the stones? The pics are a bit blurry but it looks like it might be pretty. Give some more info when you have a chance. Thank you. : )

It's 10k and yes it is stamped. I'm not sure on the stones. I did post another pic of it.

The stones look to be black at first but when you look at them in sun light they are blue.
