(2) 'Stone Age' - Neolithic - Mesolithic (7,000 - 9,500 BC) Stepped Stem Form Arrowhead -Sahara Desert-North Africa -
These are Mesolithic Stepped Stem Form Arrowheads from the Neolithic (7,000 - 9,500 BC) found in Northwest Africa's Sahara Desert. The pieces have excellent workmanship and are made from a stone which I believe is flint. It is an awesome point and is referred to as a "Mesolithic stepped stem form" which exhibits a unifacial rounded triangular shape, like all Mesolithic points the
manufacturing technique is rough leading to long flat facets on the body.

The Neolithic Age, Era, or Period, or 'New Stone Age', was a period in the development of human technology, beginning about 9500 BC in some parts of the Middle East, and later in other parts of the world. It is traditionally considered the last part of the 'Stone Age'. The Neolithic followed the terminal Holocene ipalaeolithic period, beginning with the rise of farming, which produced the "Neolithic Revolution" and ending when metal tools became widespread in the Copper Age (chalcolithic) or Bronze Age or developing directly into the Iron Age, depending on the geographical region.
