A very nice picture of the Cavalier Motel in Yorkton SK Canada. Situated on No. 10 Highway West. 18 modern rooms, Phones, TV, Bath and Showers, Winter plug-ins. Heat control. All very modern devices for that time. I would say by the cars sometime in the 60's or 70's.
It is in nice shape with the 2 right side corners a bit damaged. It looks like it was in one of those albums that you stuck it under a clear sheet of plastic.
