No, It was minted by "AMERICAN MINT" It's one of the fine private mints here in the U.S., I beleive it was minted in early 2011 as the coin is paying tribute to the 125th anniversary of the statue, and yes I just checked the C.O.A. and it was 2011 as the mint date,,,,The cost was 75.00, the coin is layered in .999 fine silver and the letters liberty and the statue are spoter in 24 ct gold,,,,hope this helps,,,,,
