Boy Scout Scout BSA CSP Prairie Council Strip Patch, Illinois. This as I understand a scout Council for Galesburg, Illinois and area. I don't know exact year Council got merged into Illowa Council, but think was in 1990s.The patch is used as was on a scout shirt. I see one area where looks white thread look lose, but overall is still in good shape for patch collection or to sew on a shirt, jacket, etc. If one was a scout or leader in Council. The back of the patch has clear gauze plastic backing.
