If I bid 800 will you let me GIN... I've been trying to get a virgin mobile phone because my phone was stolen and I had to deactivate my account until I get a new one. If possible please help. I recently won an auction 27 days ago and no phone yet. Watch out for scammers.

I can't figure out how to restore it back to factory settings. But all you have to do is call VM and ask them for a new number.

gin stands for get it now,meaning u can put as many credits on it as u want to get,if that helps.
