1. I use eyeshadow's as cream eyeliners!! they work great just add water to a small angled brush, eyeliner or Q-tip and dip it into your eyeshadow. the water really brings out the pigments in the shadow and makes for great vibrant long-lasting eyeliner !
(Bright blues, deep purples and vibrant greens really work well for my eye color. try it out!)
