The listing, Compaq Presario CQ62 has ended.

I received this laptop from a friend, i was gonna fix it but never got around to it, all it needs is a 35 dollar part from ebay, which is the power button board, my buddy dropped the laptop literally 2 months after he bought it, there is a crack in the lid case which u can see in pic one, every thing works just need that button to power it up, the bag has the bottom plate of the pc and all the screws, would make a good computer to be fixed or just for parts come with 2 gigs of DDR3 ram and NO HARD DRIVE

As for what i was told when it was given to me yes, but i have not seen it on since that piece broke and my buddy has never lied to me before so i take his word for it

Nope the only crack is on the back side case of the screen u can see it in the first picyure

CQ63 Probably its a CQ-63 215US or NR Most of these compaqs have interchangeable parts from the CQ40 Up to CQ80 I have the CQ50
