I honestly am not sure, as I cannot read Japanese. From what I have read about this, I take it to be 14+. From what I can infer regarding the pictures, there are no nude or sexual scenes, but there are kissing scenes and people in swimsuits/underwear.

As stated earlier, I do not read Japanese, so I am unsure. Plus with some characters, like some manga I have found, it is hard to tell if some of the characters are male or female :-)
