You must have a piercing in your earlobe and the rest of it will cuff the top of your ear. The product comes with an earring back.

I bought myself one as well and it doesn't slip off the top of your ear that easily. The Blue gem stays on even during jogging.

This one is for the left ear. It's a really cool product that Everyone will be talking about. Some of my friends are already trying to get me to buy them one.

I've taped the back of the plastic it comes in b/c the glue already on it didn't fully stick. Thanks for looking and happy bidding!
