This is a Ty Birthday Beanie for the month of April. Dated 2001. Very cute and colorful. I don't know if it ever had a hat like my other birthday beanie does, but if so it doesn't now. The tag is in great shape. I didn't see any stains, just some minimal wear around the collar that is hard to spot. I try to look at everything.
