I bought this phone from overstock.com because the gsm is unlocked and when I received it I noticed i couldn't get it to power up... after a few days of trying It did end up turning on one time but when the battery died it never came on again!!! I'm sure the repairs necessary are relatively simple I just don't really want to tinker with it... Battery not included.. But other than that the phone is in GREAT condition.. No wear on the buttons or anything to speak of.. Maybe someone who has this phone already can use it for spare parts or something like that.. Anyway.. Good Luck and Happy Bidding!!
