The MP3 player holds up to 500 songs (depends on how long the songs are). The player is practically new. It was taken out of the package, placed music on it and used for one day. The plastic is still on the face of it and includes the headphones that it came with cause I used headphones from another player.

yes you can download music onto it via Windows Media Player. It has a 2GB which holds up to 500 songs (depends on the size and length of song)

Nothing is wrong with it. I purchased it from Amazon cause I wanted an MP3 that plays video and music. The memory of it is smaller than I need.
