This is the Motorola clam shell or flip phone design W376 with VGA 4X zoom from Tracfone it's not new it's about 3-4 years old and does not come with charger however I think most Motorola phone chargers are pretty standard this used to be my phone a couple of years ago unfortunately I lost the charger for it otherwise it is fully functional

I have seen these phone on Amazon and E-Bay for as much as $149 don't believe me,go see for yourself

pretty basic nothing fancy maybe as a second phone?
