OK, this is a unique item. I have never seen and cannot seem to find these online either. I have found links for making jewelry but none look anything like this. Are these for the ends to finish off a necklace? Do they go together. Thanks for any information. They look really interesting.

YES! They can be used for the ends of a necklace, A large clasp or hook (You can make one!) would hook into one of them. They do not hook together, which is just EXACTLY what I first thought! lol
Just a very fancy Jumpring, of sorts. AND...remember the baby Swarovski Crystal! Very shiny silver plate from Swarovski.
