There is now a picture posted of the phone turned on. It of course comes with the battery but not the charger. I've managed to give all mine awy. But it takes the same charger as any other HTC or Samsung if you have one lying around. Sorry for the inconvenience.

You can check to see if ESN is clear for free at http://checkesnfree.com/ . Phone does not have to have service to check ESN. ESN is located under the battery. Thanks in advance for the info!

Yes it works. I changed plans and got a free phone with the contract. That is the only reason I stopped using it.
