My uncle had a recipe that guaranteed dolphin fish. and I do mean fish and not the mammal. LOL it's also known as Mahi-Mahi. ^_^ a very gorgeous fish. he'd use it every year down in the keys. and he always had Mahi-Mahi in his freezer. I'm hoping that this recipe is similar. He died 4 years ago and never passed his recipe on.

well i live in florida right by the gulf of mexico and know it can work on kingfish, most snappers, catfish, flounder, some trouts, mullet, grouper, tarpon, and cobia to name some
